A Prestage Family Original Recipe

 2 lbs Pork - Cut into Bite Size Pieces (Use Pork Chops Cut Up, Discard Bone, Fat)
 1 Can of Chicken With Rice Soup
 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
 ½ cup Rice, Uncooked
 1 cup Celery, Chopped
 1 Onion, Chopped
 1 Can of Green Peas, Drained
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 2 cups Water

Brown meat in a small amount of olive oil in fry pan. Then remove meat from pan.


Saute chopped celery and onion in olive oil.


Pour meat, vegetables and all remaining ingredients into greased casserole dish.


Bake for 2 hours at 350*.

In microwave: brown meat in fry pan, add all other ingredients and put in microwave glass casserole dish. Microwave on high for 30 minutes or until set.
