Spicy Asian Pork Burgers

Ground Pork is pork that has been ground or finely chopped. It is unseasoned and usually is available fresh with an average lean-fat ratio of 70 percent lean, 30 percent fat.

Ground Pork

 1 lb ground pork
 1 garlic clove (crushed)
 1 tbsp fresh ginger root (grated)
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 ½ tsp garlic chili paste
 1 tbsp fresh mint (minced)
 4 sandwich buns

Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties.

Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning once, about 5-6 minutes per side until an instant-read thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.
