Ingredients
 1 lb Bulk Sausage
 1 Onion (Chopped)
 2 Ribs of Celery (Chopped)
 1 Small Green Pepper (Chopped)
 1 cup Beef Bouillon
 1 cup Water
 1 cup Rice
 Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

In saucepan, saute the sausage until lightly browned.

Drain well.

In sausage drippings, saute onions, celery, until soft.

Add the bouillon and water and bring to a boil.

Add sausage and rice and put in baking dish.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375*.
